As a counterpart, it seemed attractive
to choose prehistoric Kauri wood
that had been stored for us since the
last ice age.

Statement: Man is capable of the best. How
welcoming! Excellent craftsmanship shows
its respect for nature. Almost seamless,
the quartzite of the façade regains its original
grandeur. At its feet ground lava stone with
metal dust, opus for spatula made by gifted
hands. With its beauty, the cube in itself
would suffice but also contains discreet
practical functionality.

Sense flashes. Joy is one of the essential
functions of this house, increasing the
heart rate. To achieve this, the
conventions of load-bearing
structures are sometimes overridden.
Like walking through the air
the stairs are boldly
clamped between glass and light.

In all respects, the façade defies ordinary
shading. Thinking initially, only clouds
in front of the sun appear to be an
aesthetically acceptable solution.
We constructed according to
this principle: the airy coverings
can be mounted horizontally and
vertically. Maximum effect with
minimal presence, thankful to
the architecture.

What if a library could float? The triumph of
craftsmanship lies in the details -the almost
obsessive construction of the hanging
backlit shelves looks so effortless.
Brass. Wood. Light. And a lot of
passion - our favorite material.

Dancing Tango with masters. Integrating
art into space is one of the wonderful
invitations for creative movement.

A room for true recreation. All kinds
of profanity is forbidden. Everything
was reinvented. The idea of a canopy bed
floating on velvet-covered wings under
a roof of wood and light. A royal bird
provides for the wallpaper, the deep
emerald green stands for a precious dream.
Anything is possible.

Beauty enjoys contradiction with wit.
Sometimes it can take time to find the right
mot – like the sky blue readymades at
the Poolhouse that look like they have
arrived from another cosmos.

Homage to automobiles. You could also
call them companions. Designing a
vis-à-vis for them is more than just decoration.
With the help of an artist of great observation
and master of material processing, a casual
luxurious object of reflection was created.

We asked the garden to gracefully
accompany the view. We found a landscape
that could not be more beautiful. So we
concentrated on plants of exquisite stature -
as if they had only grown for this place.
In this case, the designers are only
the discoverers of this design.
